I love the topical serums, but I tried the shampoo and conditioner and I can't use them due to the VERY hard plastic bottles. I texted customer service and was told that I could put them into another bottle. If I could do that, I wouldn't need to put them into another bottle. He also said I could buy the large pump bottle, but I purchased the 8 oz. bottles because I wanted to try them before spending that much money on huge bottles if I didn't like the product. He also said I could not return them as they were opened. I was obviously not satisfied with the response I received. Poor customer service in my opinion.
It has been one month since I have been using the kit for women (shampoo + conditioner) and Spectral CSF and Spectral F7. My hair loss reduced considerably. I don't have any itching. I will continue to use the 2 hair bottles Spectral CSF and Spectral F7, as indicated, twice a day. For the moment, I have not seen any hair regrowth in the spots I have less, as it is too soon. I will write another review in 2 months.
I’ve been using the hair loss kit for about a month now, and while I haven’t noticed change in density yet, I have noticed I’m not shedding as much. The shampoo and conditioner do make my hair soft. I find the sprays a bit hard to use because I don’t have bald spots just generalized thinning. I’ll continue to use it for the recommended 3 months and see how I feel from there.
